COSTS AND PRELIMINARY RESERVATIONS:
Accommodations are in two adjacent dorms, each with about 35 beds. http://www.warren-wilson.edu/~conference/Sutton.php . Our meeting space is in Canon lounge in the student center, but we’ll also have access to outdoor meeting areas — summer in Asheville is very nice. The cafeteria serves delicious, healthy, local farm-to-table meals. These very reasonable costs cover lodging, linens, meals, coffee breaks on Saturday, wine and cheese mixers on both Friday and Saturday nights, and a $15 administration fee.
$180 – Private room for the weekend (limited availability)
$165 – Shared room for the weekend
$115 — Shared room, Saturday and Sunday only
If you wish to attend the conference but not stay at Warren Wilson, you will be responsible for purchasing your own meals. On campus meals will cost about $40 and you will pay at the cafeteria.
